Our organization is clearly one step closer in building an effective organizational design. The whole process just walked us through all the critical functional areas that require some honest analysis, so it is so much clearer now to chart the pathway from where we are to where we want to position ourselves.

Beyond just being a technical reference, the AMS changemakers Bootcamp was really insightful into some perspectives and philosophies that we would do well to adopt in functional areas from communication to HR management, if we want to scale up our movement.

I almost feel like a new me has emerged through the AMS experience. From building relationship with the guest mentors who are now people I can count on as my guiding points of light, to looking for ways to bring the AMS content in other language to learners in Africa.

To refining the approach to media and strategic partnerships to even connecting with other courses in the Ideation Hub ecosystem….the list is endless and this is only the beginning! We continue to discover the tips given by the mentors and experiment them in our own local environment.

Enrolling and actively participating in the AMS over the last four weeks has transformed my mindset about social works, re-educate me on my approaches to social works and the role of Social Sector in the development of the society.

In addition, the knowledge and insights shared from each module by individual guest mentor have impacted on my creative thinking process and system of works. I have no doubt our organisation is on the journey to reach more and scale impacts. So far I learnt to:

1. Redesign our organisational structures.
2. Revisit and re-evaluate our impact making and monitoring process.
3. Redefine our financing and funding strategies.
4. Invest in impact reporting and storytelling.

This masterclass has shifted my thoughts about the nonprofit space in a more positive way; especially in the areas of Impact measurement, collaboration, partnership, fundraising techniques and many more. As the result of this masterclass, my organization has adopted an impact measurement strategy which is smoothly yielding result. I have identified the prospect of restructuring my board, put into practice the various fundraising techniques and improve on my program strategy.

Since I am just starting my business, this is the best I could ever ask for and I am so blessed because it has giving me the do's and don'ts as a start – up and mistakes not to make, guidelines to follow and steps to take as I grow on my journey.

I have identified how to become a business man with positive thinking, impactful mindset and being a business that can also effect social change.

I have been dragging my progress on the business by not partnering with people who are like minded but now I have started afresh and I have picked up partnerships. And also ensuring my partners have the same passion and vision connection.

I am so happy I was part of this African Masterclass Series; it is indeed an eye opener and I hope that by the end of this year using all I have learnt I can be a social change maker that makes a difference.

African Master class series has impacted me greatly, it has changed my orientation about social impact completely, what I had was passion but now I have been equipped to up my game. I learnt to share our impact story.

To take in people that will work with me based on vision and value alignment not with emotion. To approach move from been passionate to an organisation structure (do registration, set up board members, have necessary legal papers etc)

Consider our beneficiary as strong force in our programs and activities (we must carry them along and not assume what their needs are). I also learnt funding!

The African Masterclass Series has greatly changed my mind set towards achieving impact using a business model. I learnt to be intentional about creating impactful change; the necessary skills used to create sustainability and to follow all guidelines in creating a sustainable organization.

I have been Phenomenally impacted! Wow! AMS course contents are direct answers to my prayers on GGMI in a very exotic way. I am forever grateful to God ( ever faithful and merciful), DDK ( you are powerfully great, such an intense light of greatness and excellence. I love you ma) and the entire Ideation Hub team ( oh my goodness! I desire team members like you in my organization. Your commitment, your skills, delivery, follow up, etc you are so great). 4. Enhancing my business products for sustainability of GGMI. I have gotten two clear products already, the third is still being worked on.

The African MasterClass has been a power packed program which really changed a whole bunch of things in myself, my club and my business as well. I have developed so many novel knowledge and skills to run both my club and my business.

I have identified that delegation matters and can reduce a lot of burden on an individual specifically in an organization. Can't forget the tonnes and series of advice on partnership. I have really jotted down and I'm going to search for partnerships and collaboration especially for my club.

Notwithstanding, availing myself to other big organizations that can work through my club to execute tasks. Having an annual report is something I started which I will be consistent about. I have unlearned and relearned so many things from this series of sessions.
