Since inception, we’ve held editions of Mentorship Immersion to provide early-stage practitioners with mentorship, hand-holding and sector-focused insights from industry leaders and mentors. The Immersion allows a small group of participants/delegates sit in the room with a mentor, asking questions on a wide-range of issues around growing their NGO/ social enterprise, scaling their impact and leveraging the wisdom drawn from the mentor’s career experience
