This Clinics offers growth advisory to early-stage social enterprises, non-profits and Foundations on business start-up and set-up, organizational development (internal process structuring, compensation planning, and performance management), talent management using a volunteer-based/ intern-based model, fundraising and program evaluation.
We run 2 – 3 hours CLARITY and CONSULTING SESSIONS which are sessions held for 3 to 5 organizations who have similar advisory needs at the same time. Thus, saving costs for clients, maximizing the power of engagement with one another while still providing dependable advice and business coaching. Ahead of each session, clients receive clarity checklists and workbooks to simplify the thinking process.
The Advisory Team consists of experienced development consultants and non-profit leaders who bring fact-finding methodology, market-realistic insights, resourcefulness thinking (do-more-with-less) and creative problem-solving. We are always excited to see the light bulbs come on in the minds of those who sit with us.
